Each session will teach you a new mindfulness practice to help ease your stress and bring you back to the present moment in peace. This course will help you to:

- Build an awareness of stress in the body and what the body needs to feel nurtured
- Understand your story behind stress and create thoughts that keep you centered
- Learn what emotions are linked to your stress and how to nurture them
- Recognize who you are being in a stress state
- Set intentions that help you approach life in a calm and centered way allowing you to be your best self
